We worked with Nichole Jackson, Broker / Buyer specialist, for about 4 months. Lets just start by saying that she was very easy to work with. We had a lot of last minute finds and she dropped everything to help us. After looking at a few houses, she became familiar with our taste and we started noticing that she would only show us homes that met our "criteria". After about 4 MONTHS of looking - let me remind you that for many people it takes YEARS - we found our first home. After walking in the home, we experienced that feeling that we were waiting to feel. The home was at the top of our budget but everything that we were looking for. Nichole worked very hard – she was up till midnight that night putting together our offer and contract – and made everything very clear and straightforward. As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what went into the homebuying process, nor did we know what most of the stuff in our offer meant. She broke everything down for us and made it as easy to understand as possible. She fiddled with numbers and made our offer fit into our budget, not spending a penny more than we originally agreed on. She is honest, hard-working, and will fight for you until you get the home of your dreams. We will continue to use Nichole with Toril for our future buying needs. Valinda was my realtor for what ended up being a marathon house hunt. We had some really ugly things transpire and she not only kept me sane but handled everything she was given in a truly professional manner,even when she was being pummeled with nasty remarks from the VA appraiser and the underwriting department at Lian Depot my lender. She gave 200 percent through out the process and I will have no problem recommending her to friends and family. You should be very proud to have her on your team , I know I am grateful I had her on my team.

We have been working with Valinda Horstman for the last 3 months looking for a home. She was our third agent that we have had. At first we were kind of nervous because of the experience we had with the first 2 agents. But as time went along we realized that Valinda was really listening to what my husband and I was saying. She is a GREAT Agent. She has been trying to find us the perfect home in such a limited area that my husband and I want to be in. I have come to trust her with all of our decisions with finding our home. She has not steered us astray yet. She has been on point with everything.

The Toril Sells Houses team is AMAZING!! We interviewed 3 realtors and Toril Sells Houses was, by far, the top pick. Our realtor, Judy Jackson, at the interview asked us what we were thinking of listing our home at. We told her. Then, she said, well, I think we need to list it at this and here's why. She brought plenty of comparables that were relevant to my area, explained everything in details, and proposed we list our home for $15,000 more than we thought and more than the other realtors suggested. Judy was always there to answer our questions and get us a top notch listing. We had 3 offers in the first week and sold our home above our asking price. If we had chosen another realtor or team, we would have lost out on SO MUCH MONEY. Judy is super friendly, personable, honest, very knowledgeable, and her work speaks for herself. Once we received our offers, that's where her team comes into play. Colleen was the person who handled all the offers, explained the terms to us in a very easy way to understand, and gave her recommendations. She was very prompt on answering our questions, very personable and easy to talk to, handled every step, from the offers to closing, in a professional manner. The Toril Sells Houses team were the greatest to work with. We had moved out of state and were selling our house after having a renter for a couple of years. Judy found contractors to complete the repairs we needed, checked their work, and handled everything for us to get us a quick sale at a good price. Colleen in the office was a pleasure to work with, she was always willing to answer our questions about offers and the paper side of the process.
