Cathy Morris did a good job for me in finding a condominium that met our requirements and doing it without trying to push us out of our specified price range. And because we are fairly picky and specific, this was no easy task. Cathy always was professional and punctual and respected our scheduling needs. She also gave valuable input in a non-biased manner. I have relocated more than 10 times in my career and have dealt with many very good realtors. We made a move from California to Washington to be near family, we thought at first we wanted a manufactured home, so Cathy was very diligent in sending us updated homes to view, answered all our questions and then we changed are mind and wanted to look at regular homes, and again, she was patient, understanding and helped us through the whole process to find the home we really wanted. We met Cathy after I called her to see a property she had listed on the MLS. We did not like that property but after talking with her she agreed to take us around that same day to see other properties we were interested in. Cathy was warm and inviting and very knowledgeable about the area and the pricing. We liked her so much she became our realtor. Our circumstances were challenging to say the least. We wanted a rambler in a certain price range by Allen York Park at Lake Tapps. It took a year of looking but we finally found our home. The one thing I will say about Cathy is she ALWAYS made time for us and took us to every property we wanted to see immediately. At the time the houses with our criteria were being sold with multiple offers and going fast. Had she not acted immediately, we would not be sitting in our home today. I would absolutely use Cathy again as our relator and would recommend her to anyone.
