Vivaji is the best thing that happened to us. We bought our first house with her and then our next too. She understands what we want and goes over and beyond to help us get that. We wouldn't have got this house if it was not her. She treats us like her own and will do whatever she can to support. We can blindly rely on her and happy to do as she says :-) She is family and we totally love her.

Viva or as I fondly call her Viva Aunty, has been an incredible asset and support through the ordeal of purchasing my first home. She’s very experienced and genuine hearted. She was able to help me get my first choice and lock in the perfect price that fit the evaluation later. Viva Aunty is patient, and is highly responsive. You will not find either quality in 99% of other agents. She gives you confidence as buyer, and guides along the way. Viva Aunty has gone out of her way to help after my move-in, I highly recommend her for female buyers, first time owners, and really anyone who wants someone super smart, savvy, and caring. Viva helped us buy our first home in the Bay Area. For anyone who has lived here and bought a house here, knows how difficult and tiring home buying in this part of the world can be. Working with Viva ji was a great experience. Buying a house for the first time was a big decision for us and we ended up seeing a lot of houses. We have known Viva for the past 22 years. We bought our 1st home through Viva, sold the home and moved to a bigger home during these years. During our home purchases, Viva did her best understanding our needs, requirements, very patient in finding the one that we truly loved in. Through out the escrow, Viva helped to explain how the process would go and cleared any obstacles that came and made the whole process enjoyable.

During the selling process, she helped to stage the house so brilliant. We could not believe the changes she made with little costs and got the home attracted by a number of buyers. During the escrow, we had an issue with the solar panel lease and Viva stepped in to resolve the issue amicably.

We loved Viva so much that we referred many of our friends who were looking to buy their 1st homes or investment homes and Viva continued to do her magic to get the absolute best home for the families. I highly recommend anyone who would need an agent who looks after the requirements and offer advice as a great friend during the home purchase process. Viva helped us buy a single family home in Fremont in August 2020.

She was helpful in providing insights on the bid price and provided help during final negotiations. Her office was prompt in providing information needed by my bank for the mortgage loan. Viva has an extensive network. For example, she was able to help arrange an home inspection at a short notice, connected me with a general contractor and even gave references to places I could go look for appliances, counter tops etc.
