We were able to lock-in and buy our condo in less than 3 months after we started looking. We trusted and heeded to Moe's advice when we put in the offer. Our offer was picked and we closed the deal in less than 2 weeks. He is very professional and courteous to work with and answers your questions promptly. Unlike few other realtors, Moe gets to know your requirements and then curates the listings that he emails to you. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have worked with Moe. After looking for over a year for a home with a different realtor we had given up. We took a break and decided to take another look but with a different realtor. This is when we were recommended to Moe by a family friend. To quote him "If you are looking in the East Bay, you gotta talk to Moe" and he was right. A day or two after meeting with Moe for the first time he had a list of places to go take a look, in less than a week and a half of meeting Moe we had put in an offer and got accepted. He fought for us. We couldn't be any happier with his services, support, attitude, experience and dedication to his clients. We learned that a good realtor can really make a huge difference.

Moe is a great realtor/financial advisor. A few years ago he helped us in buying an investment home. Moe did a great job in guiding us through the process Moe was always on target and up to date with the latest changes in the housing market. Moe is a very reliable, honest and professional individual. Even though it has been a few years since we bought the home, Moe will still sent us updates on changes in the housing market. He is still easily approachable for any kind of questions that we still have sometimes regarding our property or regarding any financial questions.
