Jason just sold my house on Lynx, Fremont.
I spent 1 month to buy my first house. However, I spent 8 years (from 2005 to 2013) for searching my 2nd one, because I was really having trouble to find a house better than the first One. During these 8 years, I visited most open houses in the Mission San Jose area and got a chance to talk with more than 100 agents.
Finally, I choose Jason to sell my houses for a few reasons
(1) He created a few highest sell price records in the Fremont Vineyard neighborhood in 2014.
(2) He is more like an engineer, which makes me comfortable and I think will also make buyers comfortable with.
(3) He is one of the top agent but not the largest one in this area. So I know he can do a great job and also at the same time, he has time to listen to my request and involving in the remodel process and give professional suggestions during remodel.
(4) He is very picky on the remodel job. The kitchen and bathrooms were totally built to new. But I only spent less than 3 hours in the whole process. Jason worked closely with the workers to make sure everything is prefect.
Jason was able to sell my house in 3 days after the first open house with multiple offers, all of which are much higher than the asking price. In the future, I would not be surprised if most of the houses in the Vineyard neighborhood are listed by Jason.
