Farhad was absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process of selling our single family home in fremont. He was very proffesional, knowledgable and had a very nice personal touch. He also advised us on the best way to present our home inside and out to get the optimum results. We had one weekend for our open house and it sold in four days! We were so impressed with Farhad that we recommended him to our daughter who was also getting ready to put her home on the market and after working with Farhad she also had one open house and sold her home in four days as well! Farhad is an amazing real estate agent to work with. My wife and I bought our first home back in 2014 and we worked with Farhad. He is very easy to work with, he took our schedules into consideration, what we were really looking for in our first house and presented us with good choices to consider. Ultimately, he was able to secure a deal for us in a short amount of time and we had a very low down payment but, he was still able to help us get our house! Farhad helped us to buy our house in Pleasanton. Most agents are good at giving you the same pep talk of how good they are and how much they are capable of filling paper work, but if your transaction gets stuck in a buyer/seller conflict, only few agents can get in the middle make sure things go through smoothly, and yet preserve their clients' investments. Farhad was really exceptional in my own experience and I really appreciate everything he done for us. Farhad also has a wide network in financial agencies and home improvement.
