Karen is AMAZING! She not only found the perfect starter home for my husband and I, but she also helped us write a compeitive offer that got us the home - our first offer was approved, which never happens in the peninsula. She worked endlessly through the closing process to make sure everything was complete. We closed in 15 days, which we believe is mostly due to Karen's hard work. Karen took every consideration of my personal situation in getting my home ready for sale and seeing it through the contract and escrow period. Karen made sure the buyers were fully documented for any loan then stayed on top of their realtor to keep things moving when they decided to use a different lender midway thru the escrow period. Not only did Karen make sure things went as smoothly as possible on the selling end, Karen made sure there was full transparency and communication with my realtor and Title Company on the property I was buying.
Karen went above and beyond what most realtors do, to support me in the process. Karen certainly was the hardest working of all the buying and selling realtors I was dealing with, and my two realtors were far and above the better performers compared with the realtors of my buyers and those of the people I bought from.

It was the first time we have ever purchased a home and I had heard so many stories of difficulties that people encounter during the search and process. We experienced none. We met Karen Myhre at an open house, which we eventually bought. She came across as warm and caring and very professional. Since we had not planned on buying a new house, we just happened to fall in love with the house, we did not come prepared with pre-financing. She was very helpful and recommended someone whom she trusted to get the job done fast enough for us to bid on the house. We also did not come with a realtor. She would recommend another realtor for us, but she would not represent both the seller and us as buyers, even though it would mean more commission on the sale for herself. This showed the honesty and integrity of Karen as a real estate professional, which really impressed us.

After we bought the new house using a trusted friend as our agent, we decided to ask Karen to sell our existing house. Her experience, dedication, ‘go the extra mile’ mentality and her dynamic personality really shined. She helped us staged the house properly; strategized with us to get the house to sell as quickly as possible; dealt with appraiser, termite inspector, window cleaners and carpet cleaners when we were not able to meet them; kept us informed; returned calls promptly; and worked all hours when necessary. She was always kind, cheerful and energetic. It was always a pleasure to meet with her because we were treated like friends, not just clients, and felt that she had our best interest at heart.

We own several rental properties so we have dealt with many realtors. Karen definitely stood out as one of the best we have dealt with. We would highly recommend Karen as a realtor.
