I had been renting my house for the last 3 years, my tenants gave me their 30 day notice to move, I then decided I no longer wanted to be a landlord I wanted to sell the house asap...I heard horror stories about squatters moving into houses that were vacant. I would like to express how easy Matt made the sale of the property go. Dealing with the City of Paradise and all their "hoops and hurtles," a seller and buyer must go through to either sell or buy property was quit the ordeal. Matt was so calm and would just say to me, "we will work through it." He was so reassuring and confident about this deal.
