I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am that a friend put us in touch with Carmen for a local realtor since we both lived so far away. She is dedicated, determined, and hard working. She was fabulous at communicating any issues that came up, and great at listening to our concerns. She genuinely cared about our uncle/grandparents home. To say she went above and beyond in every way is an absolute understatement.

I can’t say enough how blessed we were to find Carmen. There is no other realtor that could compare or that could even go above and beyond what she did. She actively communicated with us weekly, explained all of the circumstances regarding the sale of our house (she is extremely knowledgeable about real estate) . She communicated with us as a friend when we needed it and gave us hope. She with her husband (Kevin who is a contractor)both helped in small repairs and cleaning to assure the house would pass inspections and show well. She regularly checked in on the house during the winter months to assure its safety (as we were 2 hours south). I can’t say enough how lucky and fortunate we were to have had her as a realtor, can’t imagine not having this experience with a realtor and will always recommend or use her personally as my realtor. Carmen was recommended to me by a co-worker. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone she was gathering information and coordinating a time to walk through the house and property. She was professional and enthusiastic. Always quick to answer my questions because it was my first time selling a home. Carmen calmed my nerves and motivated me to be patient through the process and it all paid off with a successful sale.

Carmen was the best, she took her time with us as we relocated from southern Maine to northern Maine, Carmen worked very hard, helping us pick the right house for us, she even went out and look at homes for us even when we weren't able to make the trip she used every asset to her disposal, text, phone, pitures, videos, and even live video. Carmen is a true agent and would recommend very highly and we would use her again..

As a full time investor from out of the area, I need help in getting things done on a Rehab project. Carmen was extremely helpful in providing me with local contacts to do work on a house I had purchased in Houlton. She met a number of contractors at the house and invested a lot of her time in my project.
She also listed the property for me and negotiated a clean sale. I am a Licensed Agent in another state, and I can say candidly that Carmen has done a lot more for me than I typically do for a client.
Few agents have worked harder for me than Carmen. I would definitely use her as my agent again.
