I cannot express my gratitude enough for Charlotte P! We started our real estate journey in August 2022! And she was patient and walked with me each step of the way! For every home that I was interested in seeing or every home that I thought was "perfect"- she met me there! Charlotte was an amazing realtor from the first time I met her. I met her at a yard sale and the minute she heard us talking about homes she came over and introduced herself. We knew from there she was who we would use because she answered any and all questions she could at the time. Fast forward a few months later and she was still available to assist us and she was a big help every step of the process we kept in touch back and forth between setting up viewings all the way to closing day we were in steady communication. She is an amazing realtor and great at her job. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy in the Aiken area.

I just bought a house in Aiken, and Charlotte was my agent.
We( me and my wife) live in NJ and wanted to move to SC, so we didn't know anything about SC and we didn't have time to go.
And Charlotte took care of everything like buying her house.
She is very professional, kind and works really hard.
Because of her we could buy the house Aiken.
I can recommend her to anybody.
She is the best.

We cannot begin to say how lucky we were to find Charlotte! Our home buying process was very different from others. Since we were not in the area Charlotte went to countless homes and we did video walk throughs at all hours of the day to try and work around time zones. After being gone from the US for twelve years we now have a beautiful home to bring our children to. I look forward to finally meeting our dear Charlotte and grateful for the friendship we’ve developed over the past few months during our search.
