Julia is sooo AMAZING and so HELPFUL with all the questions I asked throughout my buying process. It was a smooth transaction and gave me a lot of guidance, advice, and recommendations. I could not believe how hard Julia worked to get our home sold. In this crazy, uncertain market she had our home sold in only a few weeks while other homes were sitting on the market for double this amount of time. She handled getting the home show-ready and took care of us throughout the process. She was present for everything and I felt zero stress. Now we have the cash we needed to buy our dream home in Hawaii??. I could not have done it without her!! I couldn’t be happier ??????
