Absolutely TOP NOTCH, if you want an agent that treats you like her owner mother(whom she’s loves actually) Megan is it. She is very thorough, informative, and keeps you in the loop on every aspect of the process. She does all of this while being so down to earth. The next move we will absolutely have her as our agent and recommend her to everybody.

Megan was hands down the perfect real estate agent for us. Our sale didn’t go smoothly. There were a lot of small unique obstacles ( like multiple easements and such). Megan never got rattled or annoyed. She has excellent communication skills. When I would call her so she could explain and re explain. She was patient, knowledgeable and honest. If she didn’t know an answer she set a time to call back and researched, called back with all the facts and several proposed plans of action. If your luck is like mine and somehow everything you touch turns complicated, I would definitely recommend Megan to walk the real estate journey with you.

If your looking for the right realtor to help you find your forever home… look no farther. We found Megan by accident trying to just go look at houses on our own, and man did it make the process so much better. She always put our needs before anything, did everything she could to get us the best deal, and she made sure I understood every little detail. At the end of this process I didn’t have a realtors number saved in my phone I had a new friends number saved that just so happens to be one of the best realtors I have ever met or heard ANYONE talk about.

To say I was nervous to even begin the house-hunting process is an understatement, but from the very beginning, Megan was amazing. Megan took such amazing care of my husband and I! She went above and beyond to make sure that our listing and sale went as smoothly as possible and considering we were two and a half hours away, we couldn't have been more thankful. She was in constant communication with us and was always available for a phone call. Our permission was requested before every showing and she made sure that we were 100% taken care of at the end of the journey. She felt like a friend more than our realtor and THAT is the type of person I trust. If you are looking for someone who will go several extra miles to get you in a house or sell your house,then Megan is the one for you. We went through ups and downs with the buyers and everyone involved buying my house. Megan stuck through it all beside us. When the first sell fell through she was on top of her game finding another buyer,and we closed earlier than scheduled. 110% grateful to Megan and I would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a house give her a call.

Megan was such a breathe of fresh air and complete joy to work with! She was not only beyond professional but extremely personable. She made us feel like we've know each other for years which you can't fake and which we needed considering the trouble we were having finding a house. She worked for us like we were her only clients and bulldogged any situation to make sure we were taken care of. To say that we would recommend Megan is an understatement.
