People person- literally. No matter what situation we came across or who, Evan went past her title and did whatever she/we/they needed. She was never more than a 2 minute text back away if I had a question or silly request, she made sure we were on top all paperwork and kept in the know of everything on our end! When looking for a new house out of state she knew the perfect agents for our personalities!! We hate we're moving from a friendship but I'm so glad one was made. We're proud to call Evan our agent and NextHome our agency for any future plans and references!!!

We moved from Colorado and Evan was a great help all the way around from doing video walk throughs, recommending various vendors and always communicating with us with any issues and paperwork needing to be signed. My family and I needed a realtor to help us with a cross country corporate relocation to Greensboro. Evan went above and beyond to make sure we were able to secure the right house for our family. We could not be happier with how well she facilitated the home buying process, as we were able to find, place an offer, and get under contract on our new home in a single house hunting trip. Evan is hard working, knowledgable about the area, and honest. She even helped us with finding an agent to sell our home in Texas, and that recommended agent did an excellent job.
