I will try to put into this small format the incredible work Jennifer performed in selling my family's farm. I would like to say that Jennifer is a beautiful human being inside & out. The incredible patience she showed in dealing with multiple owners with diverse ideas of how the sale should be conducted shows her solid conflict control ability. She was a professional at all times, even in the midst of all our grief and confusion. This was a 100 year old family farm. She helped us sort through all the legalities and all the emotions that come with such a sale. There wasn't a call she didn't take, there wasn't a question she couldn't answer.
If I had to describe her as an agent in a few words, those words would be profesdional, knowledgeable, patient, and persistent.

Jennifer is 100% the reason I made it through what ended up being approximately 5 months of searching through one of the worst housing markets that there's been in recent years for buyers.

She is knowledgeable, considerate, communicative and patient. I learned an incredibly amount of things along the way and genuinely had a good time the whole way through, in spite of the stress of the buyer's market at this time. She made sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions clearly and confidently. She's also been more than willing to help me find resources for fixes and updates I plan to do. She was willing to be honest with me when I needed it and was my ally through the whole journey.

This was mine and my fiance's first home buying experience and Jennifer truly made it a breeze! She was so helpful with finding us the perfect first home and was extremely flexible around my crazy work and school life when we were searching for homes.
