I would recommend Alisia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! My wife and I had gone through a couple of other realtors before we met Alisia, and just didn't feel very good service or help finding homes. We met Alisia and she was talking to us constantly and sending us homes as well as replying to homes that we had seen at the same time! We were able to find the home that we loved and we put in an offer and she made it happen! At the same time, I was ready to sell my home in Niles, and she was with me step by step and we were able to get top dollar for that home! Alisia is a great partner whether you are buying or selling and she will go to bat for you and help you every step of the way! Thank You!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful working with Alesia has been. From the selling of a vacant property, to the purchase of my new home, and the sale of my old home; she has gone above and beyond on every level. She was patient for over a year while I searched for a place that felt like "the one" and then sold my previous home in record time. Every single part of the process was so smooth. She is such a kind and genuine person, she never made me feel like I was wasting her time with the countless homes we saw together and was always available for any questions and concerns I had throughout the buying and selling process. Before I met her I had a different realtor that was not giving me my needs. I met Alicia explained my issues she said she could help me so I decided to switch within a very short time I was in a home. With my past agent it was months and months.we had no luck. During the process she was very patient with me with my many questions. Very attentive to explain the process to me step-by-step of things I didn't understand. She was always there for me to go that extra mile to help me when I needed help. Even if it was offering to run paper somewhere. She was very friendly comfortable thorough. She fought for me to get into the home that I liked obviously we won. I'm very grateful to have met her I would recommend her highly to anyone!!!!

Alesia has the patience of a Saint!! Every house we asked about she was more than happy to show us...and then some. She not only knows what she's doing but she has the drive to get it done. Alesia is the sweetest person I know. She and I were looking for a house for myself for about 3 years. Once I got pregnant she kicked it into full gear. She was sending me houses left and right. We were going to see them faithfully and if I sent her a house I was interested in, without skipping a beat she was on it and we were looking at the house that day or the very next day. Then, she sent me my current house, and I am still in love with it whenever I walk in the door! We have not lost contact and I am so thankful for her. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
