Full disclosure, Mike Braase is a relative of mine, however he treated the entire process professionally and efficiently. Buying a house can be a daunting task, especially for a first time homebuyer, so when I was ready to purchase a home, I went and spoke with Mike Braase. Over the next year, as we looked through hundreds of homes online, Mike was patient and always willing to answer any questions I had. I had a few specific items I wanted and when I finally found the right house, Mike was on top of everything. From showing the house, all the way to the closing, Mike was always at the other end of the phone, ready to answer my questions, explain the process to me, and walk me through the process. I will obviously recommend Mike Braase as a Realtor, not simply because of our relation, but because from the beginning of the whole home buying process to the end, he was always there by my side.
