Cortney was great during my first home buying experience. From the beginning to the end of the process, she was very helpful. She took me step by step through all of the stages of buying a home. Cortney did an excellent job of assisting us in the sell of our property.
She kept appointments with us and guided us through the process of the sale, offers, closing and allowed us to make the decisions.
Cortney kept us informed of all showings and the open house.
I was amazed at her knowledge of the market that allowed us to make the decision of the sales price.
Our property was listed, shown, open house, offers received and one accepted, and closing in one week.

Cortney is an absolutely amazing realtor! She’s literally everything a good realtor should be, she went above and beyond, answering all our questions, taking us to show our (now) new home at a last minutes notice, I just can’t say enough good things about her! She was an absolute breath of fresh air, always so sweet, professional and accommodating. I would most definitely recommend her to friends and family and if we ever find ourselves needing a realtor again, she will be our go to, hands down!
