The Best Realtor one can find in Florida!!
Jennifer was a blessing to my home search journey! She is reliable, honest, supportive, and always willing to help from start to end. Purchasing a home can be stressful, and for that you need to trust your realtor and you can trust her! She was more than a realtor to us, she provided crucial guidance and a great plan to become a homeowner again. I am now an owner of a beautiful home, with all requests made, considering this hot market its almost a miracle. On top of that, she was able to get the seller to pay: 10 K on closing costs!!! Yes, it’s possible!!! With Jennifer it is! I know I was not the easiest buyer for her, I had a less than ok credit score when we started, but had lots of needs such as: beautiful looking home, close to an airport, safe town, on budget, move in ready, a pool for my daughter + backyard for my dog, 3 bds of course and 2 baths... Similar or maybe even more requests than all other buyers, with bigger budget, are looking for in FL and it is a competitive market, almost cruel I should say. Sometimes I felt small among other buyers but in the end, we won the battle! Jennifer was always willing to go long distances to show me a house, from Orlando to Sanford for example 45 minutes’ drive, multiple times, and never ever asked me to focus on one place, as other realtors would do, to save time, which is normal. She had my back the whole time, from the moment before pre-approval loan until after closing. She was a real fighter for my family's best interest. She helped me overcome many obstacles with mortgage company, insurance, seller and trust me they were many. If she got me this amazing home, she could get you into your dream home too! Thank you, Jennifer, so much!! You were an angel for our family. I will always be thankful!
