Robin did a great job for us! She provided great upfront advice for pricing and presenting our property including how to stage the house. When offers started to come in she was especially helpful in comparing the various nuances of each of them. She did a great job explaining to other agents some of the circumstances of our offering.
Robin’s experience and know how came into play in several ways along our journey. We really enjoyed working with Robin and feel like we had a real friend in our corner the whole time. We would recommend Robin and her assistant Kelci Lyn to anyone looking to do business in the real estate market!

Robin is truly exceptional. Properties are being "snapped" up quickly in the Polson area. She was there when I needed the best. Robin walked me through the process with grace as I had many questions. She made sure I had all the information I needed to make decisions. Her service was impeccable and that made the process stress free. Robin did a great job helping us purchase our home. We didn't know each other at the beginning, We weren't sure exactly what we wanted. We knew price and size of home, and that it needed to be within about two hours of the Kalispell area. She helped us think through the pros and cons of each home we looked at, and took us to see some homes multiple times (even though it involved lengthy drives). She was very patient with us. We ended up choosing a home which she had suggested we look at, and it does fit us very well. Robin also helped us navigate potentially difficult timing issues between sale of our old home and purchase of the new one, the needs of the sellers, etc. Her extensive knowledge and experience helped the entire process go very smoothly.

We live out of state and I was given Robin's name from another business contact. I called her and from that very first interaction she has been professional, caring and pays close attention to detail. We listed 2 properties with her. The first one is straight forward and was listed and closed within a reasonable amount of time in this market. The second property is rather special as it needs lots of TLC and she has been managing this for us and I have no doubt she will get it sold. I have full confidence in her ability and would highly recommend her to anyone for any real estate need.

I just purchased and closed (2) properties with Robin, both transactions went smooth for me.

However, one of the transactions had several complex issues that required solving to make it go through. Robin spent a lot of time and effort to make the deal happen. In my opinion the transaction would have not happen with a less experienced agent.

Robin has been an excellent partner of ours. Before we bought a house, she shared her list of good contractors and we were able to partner with one of them as well. Once we contracted her to sell our house in Ronan, she did great market research and found a buyer for us quickly. Use her again? Of course!

Above and beyond the Call of Duty, that's how Robin Wallace works. In order to get my Island property sold, she arranged and transported prospective clients out to Wild Horse Island in the dead of winter. I did not think that was possible. She also weathered a number of closings that didn't quite close and made it to the finish line in great style. Robin is professional and knowledgeable in both the legal and technical areas of her work. I not only highly recommend her but will use her again for any future sales or purchases.

Robin Wallace was recommend to us by a coworker of my wife. And we are extremely happy that she was. This was our first time buying a home and Robin was very helpful in explaining every bit of the process. She also is very knowledgeable about the market and able to point out potential problems that a house might have. Even when Robin had to take trips out of state she still responded in a timely fashion to any questions we had. We really felt that Robin had our best interest in mind when it came to finding the house we would live in. It was very comforting to have someone that was watching our back through the whole process. I preach for a small church here in Ronan and we will soon be in search for a building for us to meet. We we working with Robin from out of state, so communication was very important. Initially, she spent time with us on the phone searching for properties to build a house. When planning our trip to see properties, she researched them and had a plan laid out for our visit. The visit turned out to be fruitful, and because of her planning, we found our property the first day.
Robin thoroughly knows the areas we were looking at, and steered us ultimately to the area in which the property was located that we ended up purchasing. She has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market, including land, and helped us by navigating through contractual documents as well as supplying local contacts to proceed with the build process.
We would highly recommend Robin, and appreciate all she did to assist us with our purchase.
