I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the excellent service I received from our Realtors Peter Dang & Long Nguyen calls for an exception. Peter and Long put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family secure a home. What I mean by quality is we were not just a “number” to them, they genuinely cared and patient to get to know us and familiarize with what we were comfortable with in the homeownership journey since we are new to the States in general and Florida in particular. They was 100% professional at all times, know the town, read the sellers very well, very hands-on in inspections with us, and especially patient with our asks and last-minute changes, they even knew to give us a strong message in a soft way to in order to get us back on track. We are amazed with their expertise and wisdom in several negotiations with the seller at the closing, as a result we achieved what we plan on time and on budget! Many thanks again Peter & Long

We recently purchased a home using Long Nguyen as a realtor.
We have had the immense pleasure of working with Long. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night calls or emails. He stayed on top of communication and negotiation. As a result, he saved us thousands of dollars. We had a minor issue on the floor leaking following the close of the transaction, and Long had excellent follow-through even though he had already paid for the transaction.
Long Nguyen is very professional and customer-focused. We highly recommend Long to any of our friends and family.
