Angie helped me purchase a property in Flagler beach Florida. She was very helpful! Angie took the time and looked at specific properties in person. She also called the county/ towns and spoke with the planning departments to get information that was very helpful to me. most importantly she made sure everything was to my benefit with the contract and title search. Purchasing Real Estate "on-line" , out of State, is a little more involved than buying things on eBay and Amazon. I was fortunate to have a buyers agent who had previously lived in the town that I now live. I was able to communicate via email and phone and she was my "go-to" person in Florida who was not hesitant to make the calls required to push the purchasing process along. During this process, I was amazed at the number of people who I had to deal with that did not have my interest "at heart". If it were not for Angie Thomas and my Lawyer at Chiumento Law, I would not be a owner today....Thank you folks!
