I found the Pratt team fantastic partners in locating and securing a new place to call home. Having not utilized a Real Estate group before, I was not sure what to expect. However, after having the initial conversation with Shawn Pratt, I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. Shawn took the time to listen to what my wife and I were searching for property wise as well as the area we wanted to be in. He then set up an automated search query that provided us timely updates on property's meeting our criteria. When my wife and I found a listing that was interesting to us, even when we found a few that were on the list, we contacted Shawn who quickly responded to questions we had about that listing which ultimately led to a beautiful spot that checked all the boxes for us. The Pratt team was extremely responsive (even after hours, weekends and I believe a couple of emails/calls during vacation) and always expressed their appreciation to take this journey with us.
