Loren was not only very knowledgeable about the real estate market, but easy to work with. He was open to suggestions yet came up with frequent innovations like email blasts, or a caravan with other realtors selling homes in the vicinity bringing in potential buyers that can then see multiple homes for sale! I would highly recommend using him for your next real estate endeavor, and I would not hesitate to use him again!

We began looking for a home in Florida 3 years ago and Loren was recommended by a friend.
Unfortunately due to family medical issues we postponed our house hunting. Loren continued to stay in contact with us and would forward homes that fit our criteria.
We resumed our search early 2026 and contacted Loren. He immediately remembered us.
After looking at many ,many homes. We settled on a home in the Wellen Park community.
Loren brought to our attention so many things that we over looked or didn’t recognize as potential negative issues and also extras that are not in most homes.
We lived out of state and Loren did so many “walk throughs”.
To many times we would ask him to look at something we need a measurement for or a picture.
Without hesitation he would have it within a day.
Loren recommended a home inspector on our new build home. He and the inspector walked through the home and found several major issues. Without this inspection and his recommendation we would have had to deal with this as home owners and pay for the repairs. So prior to closing these items were rectified at the expense of the builder.
Loren also did the final walk through and “face timed”!with us.
We definitely could not have done this without him. There was no request we asked that he didn’t do or find an answer to.
Every time we called him or emailed him he would respond immediately.
We contacted him on weekends and evenings. Always answered or got right back to us.
He literally treated us like we were his family.
He’s the best!

I originally went to Loren for a rental, and we end up doing a surprise purchase instead. It was not easy, there were so many problems on the other end and Loren just handled everything.
