We are so happy to have found Carolyn! We were referred to her from one of our great friends, Tom and Roberta, who relocated from AZ to Kona. Carolyn was very knowledgeable, dependable and helpful! We were making the purchase from out of state and she was very patient with us. We appreciated her communication skills, answering all of our questions as well as her local knowledge and attention to detail throughout the transaction. She also facilitated our final walk through, which we did remotely via video, and getting all the paperwork signed in a timely manner.
