Kim Pratt and her team were wonderful! My husband and I needed to be in a home quickly and were under quite a bit of stress. Kim and Shawn immediately met with us and asked us exactly what we needed. Shawn was incredible every step of the way through a very difficult process, handling hurdles left and right like a champion. I met with Kim in March2023, we discussed what I was thinking and she provided some information on comps in my area and what they were selling for. Kim and Katie were great to work with, they understood my needs and special circumstances (I have two large dogs & one just underwent major surgery). Once my house hit the market in April it sold within 5 days at full asking price. Kim knew just what was needed. Katie toured Mansfield & Arlington with me looking for my new home and we found it, a new build at a great price !!
