I highly recommend Patty! She was a joy to work with and very eager to help. We moved out of town before the house sold and she was always willing to stop by and check on things (especially when I got anxious about weather). She even put a few Christmas decorations up to make the house feel warmer. She always kept us in the loop regarding showings and offers. Highly recommend her and the whole office!!

If you are looking for someone that 100% professional but also takes the time to listen to you and what you’re looking for, then Patty is your person! From the very beginning we knew that we were in great hands. Through every step of the buying and selling process, Patty was in constant communication with us. Keeping us well informed on what we needed to do to win in a crazy market. She also took the time to keep up with our lender and make sure that we were on the top of the list for closing in time. Patty did an awesome job selling our home! She made sure as the seller that our needs and wants were being met. Our home sold within a week and we hadn't even found another place to live yet, and Patty helped us find another home. She was attentive to what we wanted and always had our best interests in mind.
