Lisa was an absolute joy to work with. She showed a lot of patience helping us decide which house would be the best fit for us. Her knowledge of the area, housing developments, and the details of the properties is amazing. Any time of the day or any day of the week did not matter to her. She was available whenever we needed her. Lisa is an outgoing and very friendly person. During the process of house hunting I am happy to say that we made a friend. Lisa is a very thorough and thoughtful person. She is ALWAYS on top of things and has your back in the entire home buying process. I cannot recommend her enough. My husband and I had a tight schedule and I was coming all the way from the east coast to view houses, Lisa had everything set up for viewings in one day and we had keys in hand for our home in a month. Lisa has the background knowledge and expertise to ensure that you have everything you need to make educated decisions.

As first time home buyers, we were well over our head in the process and would have been helpless without Lisa. Lisa was patient, responsive, and remarkably thorough. She displayed excellent knowledge of the home buying process beyond negotiation and display of real estate. She worked with our tight schedule to give us as many options as what made us comfortable. She laid out a timeline which she regularly updated as things changed to make sure we stayed on track to close on time. She doesn't keep standard hours which let us stay on top of new information regardless of weekends or business hours. During negotiations she was able to provide a long list of capable referrals to cover home repairs, got quotes, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our new home absolutely perfect. I wholly recommend Lisa to anyone buying homes in the Cheyenne area.

Lisa listened to what I was looking for, but also made some really great suggestions about the space. I highly, highly recommend Lisa Bennett for both buying and/or selling your home. She worked super hard getting our house sold. She definitely went over and above multiple times. She is a wealth of information and will get the job done well and on time. She kept us aware of deadlines and helped make sure we understood all the things we had to sign. She is a joy to work with. She is kind and gracious with explaining and reminding us of things your average person doesn't know about real estate. She even got the kids involved in a small, age-appropriate way. She is a former school teacher after all! I'm pleased to call Lisa a friend and we will definitely call on her again if we have any real-estate needs.

This lady is a gem! She worked so hard for us helping us purchase our home. She is quick to respond to questions and welcomes them. She goes out of her way to do what needs to be done. She made sure that the inspections were done and the repairs made. She even took the trash the previous owners left to the street on trash day so we could start fresh. We had our little kids with us through a lot of the process and she welcomed them. I would whole-heartedly recommend her! She definitely works hard for you!

Lisa was fantastic throughout our home buying experience. We ran into a few bumps in the road throughout the process, but Lisa constantly advocated for us— to the extent that she emailed and called the other parties daily until the problems were figured out.
