So I moved to Orlando from Miami in the hopes of buying my first home. The real estate game was very new to me and can be very overwhelming for a first time buyer. John Hart was recommended to me by a coworker of mine and what a blessing it was. Contrary to the agent I was currently working with, I got the sense that John actually cared. Instead of just sending me listings that automatically pop up with our desired filters, he also sent me additional listings from various sites that he thought would best suit my needs. Throughout our buying process, John was patient with me and didn't pressure me into buying which I really appreciated. He wanted to make sure I was put into the right home and that I would be set up for success. He even went to showings at times where I couldn't make it due to work and would send me videos and additional information on the property. John was there every step of the way, even when I was working with a contractor. He would give great advice and insight.
