When my wife and I approached Rylan about assisting us with finding our next home, he was just as excited and eager as we were. With how volatile the market is, we would send him homes (or vice versa) and most of the time he would be able to schedule a showing that same day. I won't lie, we were picky clients since we were planning on this to be our forever home. Rylan was extremely flexible and understanding throughout the entire process and is always calm, down to earth kind of guy. When we decided to scrap the idea of buying a house and decided to build, he was right there to walk us through the process of buying land. I can't recommend him highly enough.
