Casey was the listing agent on a property we purchased. We did not have our own realtor, so Casey helped us through the process while maintaining his commitment to the seller. He was honest, trustworthy, easy to communicate with, always flexible and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting to list their home. If we ever need to sell or buy again, we will be contacting Casey!

From our initial contact to the last phone call, Casey had exceeded our expectations! We put all of our faith into what he suggested and absolutely hit a homerun! From staging to the virtual video tour and much more. He's a hands on guy that wasn't afraid to get dirty and dove in when help was needed. He's our guy and would recommend him to anyone.

I can’t thank Casey enough for effort he put forth in selling my Mother’s house. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention his help in clearing out furniture from the house that went to a charity organization. His insight into marketing, the actual value of the house and the asking price resulted in a quick sale for more than we expected. Casey Dragon is the best realtor there is in the world. When I had to sale my mom's house because of her passing away, I was very nervous and scared at the same time. I didn't know who to trust or who was going to try to take advantage of me. The moment I talked to Casey it was a dream came true. He was so honest about everything and kept me in the loop about every little thing that was going on. If I had any questions ,concerns. Casey was right there to answer them. He was a blessing. Casey was the easiest realtor to work with that we have ever used! We had a hard time finding a house that fit the needs of our family and Casey was always positive and patient and constantly looking for options for us! He had our back through negotiations and closing making sure absolutely nothing slipped through the cracks! Casey went above and beyond throughout the whole process of buying our home. Even in the challenging market conditions we were facing and through numerous showings, he stayed positive and upbeat reassuring us we would find our perfect home. He not only delivered on that promise, but was diligent throughout the closing process to expedite our inspections and communicate clearly and concisely with the sellers agent to close the deal. I highly recommend Casey to all my friends and family and look forward to working with him again in the future when we need real estate services. Growing up in the area and having such a great work ethic really shined through when we were having difficulty finding the right home.

Casey did exactly what we expect an agent to do. He was knowledgeable,honest,straight forward,friendly and he worked hard for us. He is the kind of agent people want and need. As in all transactions there are bumps in the road and how those bumps get navigated and fixed depends largely on the agent. Casey was able to seemlessly navigate the bumps in our road and sort out the purchase of our home so it went smoothly. I would highly recommend Casey as an agent.

Casey, was truly a gift to us as a family as we went through our 1st time being a seller. He was supportive every step and worked so hard to advertise and get my house marketed.
