Robert was very helpful and got our place sold very quickly. I live out of state and when something needed to be fixed for the inspection, he fixed it for me, so I did not have to worry about it. He had great photos taken of the property. He has amazing great customer service and stayed in contact and kept me updated throughout the whole process of the sale of the house.

I was so fortunate to have Robert referred to me by a coworker. Finding the home I was looking for in my price range was not an easy task. From the moment I met Robert he listened, and started working for me right away. I looked and looked but he found the house I was looking for. I had struggles with my financing and even though that wasn't his part of the job he stuck with me and encouraged me. This is a man that loves his job and goes above and beyond. He is professional and a natural at what he does. He didn't make me feel it was a paycheck for him. He made me feel like his success was finding exactly what I was looking for. If you read a review and it leads you to Robert Aponte you will not be disappointed. I know I wouldn't be in this home I love if it was for him. Roberto did an amazing job securing my new home. He was on top of everything made sure all the documents were turned in on time and he made sure all the bases were covered. He also communicated great with the title company and the sellers realtor. He knew exactly what questions to ask the other realtors and stayed assertive so that we made this deal happen! He went above and beyond expectations. HE IS THE REAL DEAL!
