John was my realtor for a recent sale. I found him him to be genuine and knowledgeable. There are only a few things one can control in a home sale. John was all over it. Things he did that most would not...1) he actually helped us pack. 2) He did the yard maintenance after we left the home along with visits every few days to check on the property. 3) He gave excellent communication. 4) He was there when inspectors were viewing the property to get first hand knowledge of issues. Basically- John is the realtor for you if you want 'old style' service instead of 'wham-bang' modern service. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family - and I believe he will be representing my mother in law shortly. Be cool though...with THIS kind of service and commitment- dont stiff John on the commission. He is easily worth a full 3%, we need to reward this kind of ethic.

I would like to take this opportunity to say just how very much my wife Jody and I appreciate the efforts, hard work and professionalism John put into our house search. We met John at an open house and he took the time to educate us on the housing market and situation in the Roseville, Rocklin, LIncoln area. It was an easy decision on our part to make John our preferred search agent. We gave John our house preferences and off he went like the energizer bunny working hard to find us our dream home. And find he did. After an intense but enjoyable 2 weeks, John found us the home we wanted. He recommended a finance broker and we started the process. John helped us through the tedious documentation and inspection process and kept all parties on track. We closed and we are now happy new owners to a lovely home thanks mainly to John. John may have started as our agent but we now call him our friend. Thank you John.
