I have had an amazing experience with Courtney. She has helped me sell two homes and purchase one. Most recently I needed to sell my home quickly and get top dollar. My margin of "Wiggle" room on my bottom line price was small and we needed to find the right buyer. We had an offer (that we accepted and the house sold to) within 2 days! Both of my home sales were like this. I had to get top dollar and she did it! I have never seen anyone that is so absolutely professional and hard working. I felt like I was her only client. She was always accessible, kept me in the loop constantly and was positive the entire time. She would be showing a property 90 minutes away and still take the time with me. Whatever the highest recommendation is...A+, 100, 5 Stars...she gets it! Courtney is MY Realtor! Second to none!

Courtney Moody has been and is absolutely wonderful to work with. We highly recommend her! She was very conscientious , to our needs and wants and went above and beyond not only in the selling of our current home but also in the purchase of our new home. She was very accommodating to all of our requests to see multiple homes- sometimes at the drop of a hat- before we decided on the one we purchased. We had previously worked with Courtney in the selling of our other properties and because of her fine work, when we decided to downsize, she was the one we went to for help.
