We had a very pleasant experience with Nikki. She worked quickly to get our home photographed and listed.
Her knowledge and professional was top notch.
Her communication was consistent and friendly. We listed right as the market changed and interest rates skyrocketed.
So Nikki helped us figure out a competitive selling price as well as allocating some of her proceeds from the sale of our home to our account, to help with purchasing our new home.
We also had Nikki help us when we sat down to sign documents for our new home, which can be very intimidating on your own.
From beginning to end Nikki was there to answer any questions we had at any hour of the day.

She was very communicative and on time for all appointments. She worked to ensure all the documents were accurate and timely, working with the mortgage broker and lender.
