Our solar journey started at a very unsure footing. Several times we had asked different consultants from different solar companies to talk to us about how to start renewable energy at home. None of these reps gave us concrete answers to all of our queries and concerns or made us feel confident enough to join the solar community. Until Yansha came in the picture, and took time even late in the evening to respond and visit us, and give us straightforward info. She was upfront as to what to expect during this process. While at the same time, empathetic and supportive. She is very well versed of her craft and always available. It may have taken longer than most homes for ours to be approved by the city, but Yansha was there keeping us informed. Yansha is eloquent, intelligent, and a people person businesswoman. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude and to highly recommend Yan Sha, your Sales Manager, for the exceptional service provided during our solar installation process. My family decided to install a solar system with Sunrun Company in May 2025, and YanSha’s professionalism, patience, and expertise made the entire experience seamless and rewarding.
The idea of switching to solar energy first occurred to us back in 2003. However, at that time, the cost of solar energy was comparable to the rates offered by our local utility company, so we postponed the decision. Over the years, after purchasing two Tesla electric vehicles and observing the rising electricity costs, we revisited the idea. After a year of comparing options, we found solar to be a more cost-effective and sustainable choice, especially given its smaller rate increases compared to traditional utilities.
YanSha played a pivotal role in our decision-making process. From our initial inquiry in December 2024, YanSha provided patient and detailed explanations, addressing all our questions about the benefits, costs, and installation process. Her thorough knowledge of solar energy systems and her ability to tailor solutions to our specific needs gave us the confidence to move forward. Thanks to her guidance, we signed the contract in December 2024, and by May 2025, our home was powered by solar energy.
Since the installation, we have been thrilled with the performance of our solar system. For a while we were skeptical of using solar systems in our house. However, my brother referred me to one of the Surun representatives, Yansha Yin, who came to our house and patiently explained to my family the advantages of having solar. She spent over one hour and responded to our kinds of questions we had. We were convinced this is the right decision to install the solar in our house.
