Julia Swank at NextHome our Town in Waco is absolutely fabulous! We were looking to move to the area and she was a preferred agent through Zillow. Within a couple of hours of submitting a request for her to contact me we were looking at houses! Julia was very patient (took us a while to find “The One”) she is also very knowledgeable in her field of work! Julia will make sure to do everything in her power to get the home you want on your terms and will go that extra mile to make it happen if need be! What a great experience we had working with Julia and the NextHome team! We are moving half way across the country so our relationship started through text and emails, with plans of where or what we wanted changing about 20 times.
