We just closed on our first home! Finding a good 2 family house in this market is crazy right now, but Derek worked with our busy schedules to see them. He was very patient and kept us positive through this whole process. I would definitely recommend him and his company to friends and family because he was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional all throughout. They really stand by their company motto that says, "Humans Over Houses" because you can tell that they value their clients and their needs/situation over just making a sale unlike those sharks out there!
