My family dreamed of owning a house in Steamboat Springs for 15 years. We decided to make it happen in 2020 and, of course, there were many challenges to overcome in the year of Covid 19. The biggest challenge we faced was doing this remotely from across the country. I had my doubts that it could be done. Angela made it happen. She spent hours taking us through video tours of homes and explaining the pros and cons of each. Once we figured out what we were looking for, Angela's guidance through the offer, inspection and closing were invaluable. We did not actually step into the house until the day we arrived to move in, but thanks to all of Angela's hard work we found our dream home and could not be happier.

We first met Angela in the Fall of 2019 upon the recommendation of an excellent real estate agent we had worked with in Denver. We were not disappointed. We were hoping to find a place that would accommodate our family (3 grown children and 3 young grandchildren), as well as offer potential for some rental income. Prior to our visit, she asked us a series of questions about what we were interested in. We looked at five properties initially, all lovely, and very different. Although we didn’t settle on a place during that trip, Angela kept in constant contact with us, and sent properties that had just come onto the market and/or had upcoming open houses. In late December she found the PERFECT place for us – a beautiful townhome in a well-kept complex, nestled in a beautiful forested area that was still within very close proximity to the ski area. Through her very diligent persistence, we were able to close the deal. While under contract, Angela and her affiliated staff were very helpful and always available for questions related to finding a local mortgage company and walking us through the closing process. As Angela had so accurately noted “purchasing a mountain vacation property was a little different from buying a home in Denver”. She set up interviews with prospective property managers, and was always available for questions related to the HOA, potential rental income, home inspection and contractor services, consignment store locations, and just finding our way around the town and ski area. Her input was invaluable as we were somewhat new to what the community had to offer. Even after closing she made herself available for questions related to moving in and making our new property rent-friendly. In short, she was kind, patient, insightful, knowledgeable and indispensable throughout the search and purchase of our beautiful Steamboat property.

Our experiences with Angela have been exceptional. We were looking to capitalize on the market growth but also downsize and stay in the Steamboat area. Angela MADE IT HAPPEN for us which is no small miracle!

We had our home listed and under contract quickly. Angela was diligent in looking for options for our "replacement" property. She came up with suggestions, that I, even after 30 years of living in Steamboat, had not thought of. She found the perfect place for us and acted quickly to get us in the property under contract. Her relationships in the with other Brokers, but also Title companies and Banking representatives were a key piece to smooth and successful transactions on both our sale and purchase.

My husband and I recently purchased a rental property in Steamboat and we could not have gotten the deal done without Angela! Angela represented us in a sale of our townhome in Stagecoach in 2014. The property sold at close to asking price within a couple of days and everyone thought good news and on to closure. Unfortunately that was not the way of things! The inspection revealed a significant hidden problem! That was when we saw Angela at her committed best. We had already moved back to Florida so our only eyes and ears were Angela back in Colorado. She worked directly with the HOA to determine responsibility for repairs; got a contractor to do some of the work and still kept the buyers informed and committed to the purchase. Eventually all was settled and the sale was completed. Even then she surprised us by, on her own initiative, mailing to us a pair of paintings that we had mistakenly left behind in the house. In short if you want a realtor who will not only do the basics well but who will also be your true partner in the whole sale then you could not ask for better than Angela.
