Kristi was recommend to me to help sell my lot. This was an adventure because I was trying to close a horrible building experience that did not result in a home. She was very professional and reached out both via email and phone to tell me of potential buyers. When we finally received a buyer she was very forward with having a back up just in case. There were some hurdles that she helped to jump and navigate through during closing, but she was able to help me close a chapter in my life. Kristi was absolutely wonderful from the start of our buying process all the way to the end. She was extremely helpful and guided us in the right direction when looking for the perfect home. She took the time to really understand not only what my husband and I wanted but our kids too, and what we were truly looking for. She was honest when it came to houses that were just not the right fit for us. She really made us feel comfortable and took all our nervousness away. She was very responsive to all our questions we had, even if it was super early in the morning or late at night! We truly feel we will have a life long friend now! 3 years ago, while looking for a rental, kristi was the only one, of about 20 realtors i called, who called me back when a home came up in our area. So, of course, when it was time to buy our first home, she was the only one i called. She was always there to answer my questions. We've been friends several years as well. Kristi was awsome in helping us with a purchase of a land lot. Throughout the entire process she was always professional, patience, and there for us. She promptly responded to every phone calls and texts we made. She even went out of her way to inspect on some properties that were of interest to us as we are locate in a different state. If we are to buy another property, we would definitely reach out to Kristi again.
