We received outstanding service and support throughout the entire process. Our agent Shannon and the staff were always available to answer questions, resolve issues, and coordinate with the seller's agency. Everyone was always very knowledgeable and professional. The helpful hints on preparing the property for a quick sell are greatly appreciated and they worked. If you are looking for a house to buy, rent or sell I would highly recommend getting The Higginbotham Group in your corner. We had an older house in a flat market, not so "active" area and in reality, an off time of year to be placing a house on the market. I was introduced to The Higginbotham Group through a friend and planned to call Shannon Higginbotham, little did I know she'd be calling me.

We set-up a date to view the house, she already did the homework on the house, had a game plan coming in - set a date of 90-days to SELL!!! and sure enough it was within 90-days - SOLD!!

Shannon was informative, knowledgeable, supportive to the inquiries, "panics" I had. Always...always got back to me on questions/concerns that I had. In addition to having continuous viewing of the house.
