This letter is to serve as my very high letter of recommendation for Yali Genereux. My husband and I resided in Broward County and were looking for our forever retirement home in Port St. Lucie. Yali was recommended to us by a family member who too was thrilled with her services.
We contacted Yali immediately when we started our search and Yali was more than willing to meet with us and go over our wish list. Yali was very diligent in taking notes and listening to both of our specific needs. She is very talented with today's technology, as my husband and I are not, and made excellent use of the real estate database to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale.
As we were not always available to travel to Port St. Lucie, Yali repeatedly scheduled viewings, as she knew exactly what my husband and I were looking for, to avoid any unnecessary trips. This was over and above what any realtor is required to do, and I truly appreciate and trusted her judgment. Yali is very attentive and treated us as if we were her only customer, knowing that wasn't the case.
As our search went on and as I started getting discouraged, Yali never gave up assuring us that we would eventually find our forever home. Due to her highly personable and engaging personality, we continued on and we did find our perfect retirement home. Yali then showed us that she is a master negotiator and actively came up with a deal that worked for both parties so that we could say “yes to the address”.
We are so pleased to recommend Yali Genereux to anyone who is purchasing a new home. She is, hands down, the best and we are blessed to have met Yali, who we now call our friend.

Anyone needing help with buying or selling a house, Yali is the only person to go with. She is so patient, informative, and helpful. She will fight for you to the best of her ability when it comes to negotiations and making sure you get the house you want! Especially first time home buyers. If you’re a first time home buyer, going with anyone besides Yali would be a mistake. Yali worked with us for over 6 months and helped us get right where we needed to be!
