I represented my family in a complex sale of my grandmother's home. My grandmother passed away over 30 years ago so emotions were high and the process was complex. MRS. Wells guided us through the entire process and supported all of my family members. Her technology and negotiation skills are superb so our documents were where they needed to be and she got us the best prices for the work that needed to be done on our property. My Hubby and I have been trying to get into a home for over 4 years now. Everyone we spoke to gave up on us because no one bothered to explain the process and what we should and should not do. LaSonya has been a steadying presence who helped me sell my house in Adelanto during a volatile time. Interest rates kept changing making it impossible for quite a few people who wanted to buy my home to close.
