Sarah made it smooth, she was completely honest about the properties we were interested, she took amazing videos of the properties for us and researched all the pros and cons, we felt protected from future problems or bad investments, she gained our trust right away and we let her guide us. When we found our home, the followup process was more than smooth, she is extremely organized, she and her team is ready to help, and solve any doubt you can have, and even now, after closing I feel that if I need any help or guidance around the city I can count on them. We had been looking for houses in the Bozeman area for a decent time and she was always there to show us a house when we wanted to see anything and also gave us helpful insights about the area and neighborhood which were invaluable to us. Working with Next Home Destination was an amazing experience. Sarah found us the house we didn't know we were even looking for, did all the leg work to make sure it was inspected and ready to go (she even cleaned up the house for us!), and as an added bonus she loaned us their moving truck for quite a few days at no extra charge! As first time homebuyers we had many questions for Abe and Sarah. What incredible patience. In a very non-typical home buying experience, we met Abe and Sarah, toured a home, and put an offer in all within 24 hours. This happened to be the day before they left town for a family vacation. Despite being in a different country and timezone for part of the process, they were incredibly generous with their time and energy. They answered all of our questions and clarified anything we were unsure about. We felt so well taken care of!

We appreciated Sarah's discerning eyes, and any visit to a new house started with her pointing out both the good and bad, including identifying areas that might need fixing. We never felt like we were being pushed to buy, and instead Sarah educated and counseled us. Sarah helped us each step of the way, reviewing documents with us, and making sure the process moved along smoothly. She was patient and kind, reducing the stress of home-buying. Both Sarah and Abe went above and beyond what I expected of an agent. They were available, flexible, willing to help with literally anything I needed during my home staging, sale and purchase of a new home. Both closings on the same day no less. Knowledgeable is an understatement describing these two when it comes to real estate and the market. I had so many questions that Sarah answered graciously over text, phone, and email at all hours. Selling and buying at the same time feels like a giant game of chess and these two have mastered it! They set me up with a great repair man to fulfill my inspection checklist, let me borrow a truck to move with, and were both helping me clean on moving day! These two are busy and somehow make you feel like you are their only client. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had the good fortune of coming across Abe and Sarah during my pursuit of a home in Bozeman. Abe’s understanding of construction, the current market and his host of suppliers made the selection absolutely seamless.
