Charlie and Penny were the most patient and kind realtors I've ever had the pleasure to work with. From day one, they listened to our requests and worked hard to help us find our new home for our growing family. On two separate trips to the area, they spent the entire day with us, viewing 30+ properties. In the end, we found a great new place to call home and made our first friends in Texas, though they feel more like family thank just friends. I cannot recommend them enough! They are more than just good realtors; they're good people.

The Crane team was amazing throughout our entire home buying experience. They went above and beyond in showing us around the area and narrowing our home search based off of our wants and needs. They treated us like family and took excellent care of us throughout the inspection phases and closing. They even made it a fun and relaxed experience at closing. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

The Crane team are wonderful realtors. Penny and Charlie were great during the entire home buying process. Penny helped us find our new home development, and was there for every step along the way. They were also there to answer all my questions during the loan and closing process. I would suggest to anyone to use them for any of their realtor service needs.

Charlie did it again. He helped me sell my previous home and the process was smooth and quick. He recently helped me purchase a new home and the process was smooth and effortless. He addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. I would definitely use his services again if needed and I would recommend him to anyone trying to sell or buy a new home.

Penny was very great to work with. She was always willing to do whatever it took to have our home buying needs met. She was always on our side and when it came to contracts she made sure it was in our favor. When I need a realtor again I will call Penny and I would recommend her to anyone.

Charlie and Penny are the best real estate agents I have worked with. I have bought and sold several home in various states. These two have raised the bar for how realtors can be!

These two will truly fight for you as a buyer/seller; they will be your guardian angel agent by being your eyes and ears for arranging fixes, negotiating, always looking out for your own interest.

As in individual, I do not trust many people. These two have won my trust and admiration for their professionalism, strong work ethic, always listening to your needs, being proactive for needs you did not know you would need.

We originally contacted Charlie with the intention of wanting to buy a house. We ended up not purchasing a house in the area; however, we kept in contact with Charlie due to his wonderful character and superb business skills. Charlie continued to give us help and some friendly advice (despite not receiving a dime).

When unexpected health issues arose in our family and we were forced to sell a family farm, we knew who to contact right away.

Charlie is a superb realtor and a wonderful person to work with. He sold my acreage within one day of hiring him- he actually had a verbal agreement on the sale of the property before there was even time to make a formal listing!

We wouldn’t recommended anyone other than Charlie Crane to our friends and family. Charlie is honest and professional ( as a bonus, he is also quite personable and funny). We are so happy to have had the pleasure of meeting Charlie and his family.

I can’t quite put into words, Charlie was a blessing to work with. He helped my family through a very difficult time to find the home that we wanted. He was available when we needed him and answered questions that I didn’t understand through the process. He made sure things were clearly understood before any documents were signed. Not enough can be said. Charlie showed us several properties over the last 2 yrs, discussed the pro's and Con's of each property as we toured it, gave us plenty of input as to how things worked and what we'd need to prepare ourselves for, given each property's basics such as water co-op/ well water, city sewer/ septic ect.
He's a bright guy with a sense of humor and lots of patients for those of us that were "shopping" until we finally found the right property for us. Charlie even help point the way to the best financing for our particular situation. We couldn't be happier.
