In my search for a new home, I (and my sisters/brothers) was fortunate to have Tanya assisting as my agent. We looked at a number of houses and she was very helpful in pointing out the features of each house, good and not so good. Actually we looked at more than we should have, but Tanya had the patience to get information on all of them and set up as many viewings that I requested. She worked diligently until we found a home that I am very pleased and happy with. Without her, I might not have. She's NUMBER ONE!

I can't recommend Tanya highly enough. A friend of mine was buying a house at the same time as me--similar circumstances, but with a different agency--and her experience was so frustrating compared to mine. It really underscored the value of having an agent who will go the extra mile.

Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. Tanya started by explaining all the reasons we shouldn't get our hopes too high, because all these things could prevent our getting this house. Then she proceeded to blast through every obstacle. Both she and the lenders she recommended made us feel like we had a whole team working for us. The inspectors she recommended were prompt and thorough. Tanya herself is super easy to communicate with and responded quickly every time I had a concern or needed an explanation.

I'm so grateful we had Tanya's advice for what repairs to push for vs. what we could take care of ourselves. We didn't have the confidence and certainly not the knowledge to negotiate--and she did.

I must say, if you want a true professional then Tanya should be your realtor. My husband and I have been truly impressed. Tanya is extremely knowledgeable and always keeps you informed of what is happening in the process. We had a lot of questions and no matter how many questions we had she answered immediately. We have sold and bought homes before and never have had such a stress free experience with exceptional results. We highly recommend her!!

Tanya recently helped me buy a new home and sell my prior one. She excelled in both areas. I had not bought a house in nearly 25 years and had never sold one. Tanya did a wonderful job for us! We'd been in our house for 30+ years, so moving three states away felt like a tremendous leap! She gave us clear guidance and flexible timelines, plus she was always nearby for support with encouragement or suggestions of professional connections! So resourceful, she consistently came up with good ideas, among them, market timing and drone shots of our garden and neighborhood! Tayna is so professional and stays with her clients all the way. She was on top of any problems that came my way and easily found the right help to complete my projects that needed completion. Tanya was great to work with on the purchase of our new home. She took time to understand what we wanted and only presented properties that met our needs. She did not flood our inbox with unnecessary emails.
