I have been in the loan industry for over 19 years – not just as a loan officer, but as a manager of a team of loan processors. As part of the processing team, I worked with a wide variety of underwriters and lenders, gaining knowledge and giving me the edge in knowing upfront what the lender will require and what will pose a challenge.
Once I determine a strategy for your loan, I will be honest and clear so you may know exactly what to expect. If your loan situation calls for it, I will fight for you – I have been nicknamed a “bulldog”!
