Jennifer Schinstock was my realtor throughout the process of buying my first house. She worked well with lenders and advocated for my interests with all the negotiations with various sellers and their realtors before we found the house I purchased. This being my first house I had no background knowledge of any of the terminology / acronyms and Jen was able to explain all of that to me to help me become more comfortable with my decision to buy my house. She accommodated my many requests to see houses on short notice which allowed me to get the jump on a few houses that had only been on the market for a few hours/days. I am very happy and thankful for all the hard work that Jen put in to help secure the purchase of my first home!
