She did an amazing job from start to current. She not only helped us with the place but let us know any issues that were being handled. The transparency is what had us stay here. The current help she is now is also phenomenal in communicating any issues we have and giving us the resources we need.

Zylisha is a wonderful property manager and an amazing individual. Ever since she started managing two of my quadplexes, all of my tenant related worries went away. She rented all of my units at a higher rent than I was ever able to get when self managing and found the tenants that I know will take care of my place like their own. She also managed a complex renovation of one of my units that was completely destroyed by my old tenant (acquired during my management) along with the repairs on other units and her team did it at a very affordable price! She is passionate, professional, and a pleasure to work with. With that being said, I would recommend her to anyone on a heart beat!

I’m so beyond grateful to have Zylisha be the new property manager! She not only cares about her tenants but she’s always alert and making sure that everything is taken care of for us as soon as possible. She’s great at communicating and keeps you up to date with everything. She actually takes the time to remember her tenants name and a little about them. I have never had a property manager as amazing, caring, or hard working as her! When my refrigerator broke down she did everything in her power to get me a refrigerator as soon as possible. She ended up exceeding my expectations by getting us a new refrigerator and contacting me directly when the movement of the refrigerators was about to happen.

Zylisha goes above and beyond when assisting new occupants. I had to make a quick move so I could be near my daughter and not miss any time from work since we've hired on many new agents. She made everything easy and advised me every step of the way. She is very detail oriented and when the cleaners just couldn't get the job done...she did it herself! I feel like our needs are heard and she really listens to our needs. Thank you for hiring such an amazing woman.
