Stacey is a professional who kept us up to date on every step of the sales process. I was impressed that she knows the best contacts for any situation regarding contractors, Housekeepers, heating and air, etc. She took detailed pictures and presented the home and made the sale very easy. Stacy is awesome. She sprung into action as soon as we contacted her. She has connections that really helped us out with initial repairs and sprucing up our place we were wanting to sell. She stayed on top of everything the entire time. She communicated with us wonderfully throughout the entire process and went above and beyond for us. Stacy Guske is outstanding! Having worked with many excellent realtors, she is by far and away the best of the best! She is both highly professional and highly personable and caring. She lives by humans over houses as she cares for her clients so much through what can be challenging and emotional situations and big life decisions. She was truly the bright spot in our move to the Triad. She was unbelievably responsive, attentive, efficient and above all patient with us through all the details of our home search and home purchase process, including some bumps in the road on the sellers side as we approached closing. She makes you feel like you are her only client (but don't be fooled, she is somehow superhumanly doing this for many people at the same time!). As a person, Stacy is so positive, bright, and just a joy to be with. We would highly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs.
