After searching for a realtor that had experience working with VA Loans, Emily was recommended to me by a friend. Emily went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home in the mist of the craziness of the current housing market. It can be very difficult to find a realtor, there are so many factors to consider: will they be patient, will they have my best interest in mind, will they help me search, will they understand my wants, ect. Then there are the internal concerns: this is going to be my home, this is a lot of money, my spouse and I have different wants, ect. I think it is pretty rare to find someone who not only understands all of these, but also KEEPS UP with all of these and Emily is that person who can and does. In choosing NextHome and Emily we had a realtor and friend the whole time we looked at houses, she called to check in, called to see how we were feeling, called to reassure that the house would come, drove out FAR to houses, brought her colleagues who were amazing as well. Emily loves her job, loves people and loves the process. She never gave up when I felt like giving up and was with us every step of the way.

Emily and her team did an excellent job from beginning to end. she had viewing after viewing ready to go back to back and didn’t rest until i was happy with a house. after approval she handled everything from that point forward and kept the ball rolling in the right direction. i would Highly recommend using emily danial for any home buying or selling!

Emily is seriously the best realtor ever. She worked over time and extra hard for us, and answered every question we had. She found our home for us. We weren't really even looking, but she knows us well enough that when this house was listed she knew we wouldn't want to pass up the opportunity to put an offer on it. She is so patient with all the questions and always answers with great feed back. She understands that there are a lot of questions that come with the job,and is ready to respond to each and every one of them. She is so happy to be there to help in every matter. I've never seen her not happy with her job. She is truly passionate about what she does and has a true heart for her clients. She's extremely good at what she does too. We will only use Emily for our realtor.

When we sold our house, we were planning a big move. I had a lot to do in short amount of time. Emily showed up and showed out for me. The day we listed our house she came in and got to work helping with some last minute touch up. She was honest and so helpful. We got an offer after 3 days and closed a month later. She worked so hard for my family. I called her a couple of times stressed and on the brink of tears and she was right there listening and offering feedback when needed. The process went well because of her attention to detail and her love for what she does.

We were purchasing a home in a state we never visited before. Emily was very helpful with locale info and quick to respond to our many questions. She did several MarcoPolo walk thruÕs, and she quickly figured out what we were looking for. We trusted her expertise and judgment. She kept us on track with our time-sensitive list of items to accomplish. We will go back to Emily with any future real-estate purchases. Also, very friendly. She went above and beyond for us!!
